Does anyone know anything about the polish slab side polymer mags im seeing in 7.62x39 at all the local gun shows.  Functionality, reliability, construction, problems, pros, cons? Any input would be welcomed.  I picked up a couple for 12 bucks each so I thought it wouldnt hurt too bad if they sucked.

I think they are awesome mags.  They hold up very well very impact resisant, look cool and they have metal mag latches and I think they have metal lips in the mag well if i'm not mistaken too.

yeah it seems that they are metal reinforced at the stress points, i do like the fact that they are noticeably lighter when fully loaded too

Ditto. They are sweet! Something about the synthetic mags, to match synthetic stocks.

They will usually have or develop very small cracks in the plastic near the feed lips.  I think they sold well but, I think sales slowed down and people returned mags to sellers when they found out about this.  I don't think the cracks affect functioning and you have to look for them to see them.
