I don't have anywhere near what most of these guys have, but I like to have about 10 per rifle. |

Heres my modest offering........so far 
5 Izhmash bakelite 2 Tula Bakelite 1 Izhmash black polymer (AK-104) 2 Izhmash 10r black polymer 1 Romanian 10r waffle polymer 4 Chinese steel with working BHO (one of which appears to be all stamped with no steel sideplates and the rear latch is different........is that right???) 1 Korean steel (i think its Korean,flat grey in colour and no markings) 2 Romanian steel 1 Hungarian (?) steel and lastly a 75r Chinese drum

I think ill show part of my collection.
200 east german ak mags and 10 circle 10's. 
Here is a box of 50 more unissued east german mags. I dont want to dump them out of the box because it would take forever to take a photo of all the mags. 
A stack of 25 Chinese flatback mags sitting on my safe. Its a fresh shipment and a loaded circle 10 and another east german mag. 
Thats not all of my mags either I still have 1 Chinese drum 1 Romanian drum 20 more circle 10's and probably 50 more steel mags somewhere. I think my mag count is around 320 to 350 i think. |

I honestly don't know how many AK mags I have, but I've been at this AK collecting thing for a while, so it's probably a lot.
This stuff has turned out to be a fantastic investment. I chalk part of it up to the typical liberal ban scares, but the better part of the rise in prices is the huge level of acceptance we're seeing for this platform here in the good ol' US of A. I remember when these rifles and the stuff that came with them were considered "commie junk" and everything was so cheap you fill trucks with it for a few hundred bucks. The good deals are much harder to find now, but I think the increased availability and growing popularity of the AK is something that helps us all in the long run. |
