40rd mag won't hold forty rounds. I can load up to round #14 and cannot get anymore in there. The follower gets stuck and when I tilt the mag upside down 13 rounds come falling out. The last round (first to be loaded) is pinning the follower halfway down the mag. I replaced the spring and follwer and the new follower passes the "stuck point" but does not fully ascend to the feed lips. The old spring and follower work fine in a different mag. I'm thinking the mag body is dented but I don't see any indication. Would there be another reason?
