anyone know where i can get a cheapo metal guide to load my mags with stipper clips, i already have a ncstar with a plunger. but i want one like a m-1 carbine. ar-15 and soforth, small enough to throw in a ammo can

I've never had much success loading AK mags with the SKS stripper clips and stripper guide. All i use now is the LulaLoader; It works great!

I agree, the LULA loader is a champ.
However, I'm getting better with the stripper clips. At first I thought they were pretty worthless, but after a few hundred rounds (plus some practice loading) of the surplus Yugo ammo, I'm to the point where the stripper clips are faster to load for me than anything else. It's still not a no-brainer BAM! of 10 rounds into the mag, though, like it theoretically should be –– there's some struggling involved. |
