This may have been asked already .. But its driving me crazy ..I look at web sites and Auctions and see Cannot ship to NY .. I made a list of AK mags below .. I am quite sure that they are all Preban  - Made Before Sept 1994 .. Can someone tell  me that i am Correct  !

Romanian  30 and 40 round mags
East German 30 Round mags
Bulgarian 30 round Steel mags
Bulgarian 30 round Waffle Circle 10 Mags
Yugoslavian BHO 30 round mags
Hungrian 30 Round mags - ( I know they are PreBan  - 44mag website )
Russian Soviet Molot 40 Round mags
Chinese 30 and 40 round mags - ( These are Preban )

i probably missed some  , if so let me know

Your Help would be appreciated, in defining the Preban status of the above mags ..

In NY we still have the OLD Federal AWB ..Without the Sunset Clause .. So Residents of  New York State  can legally Buy Pre Ban High Capacity Magazines ..

High Capacity Mags Cannot be Shipped to  -  ( NEW YORK CITY  and the 5 Boroughs)

Thank you For your Help

Not to sure about the Bulgy Circle 10s.
But prebans should be no problem for you as I understand it.
One of the NY guys will be along to help.

Or ask in the NY hometown forum.

I think one of the issues that's common with sellers of AK magazines is that it's easier to give a blanket statement, "No sales to CA or NY," because they want to cover themselves, whether they'd legally have to or not.  Most people believe places such as CA, NJ, NY, etc. have strict laws outlawing such things and simply don't want to mess with them.  That's the unfortunate part of the hobby for folks in those places.  It's a gray area on trying to prove when exactly an AK magazine was produced as far as the Soviet Bloc ones are concerned.  The Chinese ones are easier because they were the most common ones out there before the ban.  Not many sellers want to have the issue of possibly having to defend why they believe the magazine they sold was "pre-ban."
