I have a polymer 30 round polish mag that binds up when I use it.
It's like the follower snags or the rounds get trapped in the body or something.
When it happens I can turn it up side down and lightly shake the mag & rounds will just fall out.
It seems like the last 4-5 rounds are stuck in the mag & I have to smack it to get it to let go.
Any ideas, Is this common?
Thanks.

Take the mag apart and clean it, could have debris in it.  Check the follower for any moulding deformity that may need to be touched up with a file. I've heard of guys slightly lubing with a dry lube but I've never done it.

I like to take the mag apart, clean it, and stretch the spring out a hair. Most mag issues can be corrected with a good cleaning or spring replacement unless it's dented.
