Do the waffle mags and the "bullet" mags have the same metal reinforcements? Meaning on the feed lips, the locking tab, and on the front of the mag?

The waffle mags are metal lined all the way around the top, while the bullet mags are only metal lined on the feedlips and down the sides of the mag a little bit.  The locking tab and front of the mag are polymer.  I ended up putting a lot of rounds through a bullet mag and it showed no adverse effects and functioned 100%, though.
