| Do the waffle mags and the "bullet" mags have the same metal reinforcements? Meaning on the feed lips, the locking tab, and on the front of the mag? |
The waffle mags are metal lined all the way around the top, while the bullet mags are only metal lined on the feedlips and down the sides of the mag a little bit. The locking tab and front of the mag are polymer. I ended up putting a lot of rounds through a bullet mag and it showed no adverse effects and functioned 100%, though. |
