[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need Headstamp ID ...

I can't figure out this headstamp, does anyone recognize it? These are the best pics I could get of it ...

Which is the true color pic, top/bottom/neither? Looks like laquered steel on top, copper wash on bottom. Easy to tell '98 mfg, but blur makes one guess on the other mark, an 11?

No boxes avail I assume.

Top pic is with flash, lower pic without flash. It's normal colored steel cased hollow point like that 90's Russian hunting ammo, it just has a different stamp. The 98 seems to be the year I got it but I don't remember buying it and I don't have the box for these. Unfortunately these are the best out of all the pics.
It kinda looks like an "H" or an "M" in some pics but I can't really tell, I was hoping someone might recognize it ...

Your ammo is made by Ulyanovsk. The headstamp symbol is two bent arrows like on the symbol on this box of Ulyanovsk ammo.

Thanks JA545, I was able to ID the rest of the ammo I found but I couldn't figure this one out ...
