I just got 2 spam cans of 762x39 and need help to ID who made it. It says made in Russia, small arms ammunition, 7,62x39 HP, L.C.B. non-corrosive, 640 RDS, Lot NO. F483-04. I tried searching the web but had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks! It was sold to me as fmj, does the hp behind the caliber mean it is actually hollow points and not fmj?
