I have a Rommian G build and I am trying to remove the front sight. Pins are out but the sight won't move. Any suggestions?

If you mean the entire front sight support, these are pressed on and must be either cut off, pulled off with a gear puller, or driven off.

These are installed TIGHT.  So tight, that the usual method of installing them is to freeze the barrel and heat the sight support, then press them on with a heavy-duty shop press.
The DO NOT come off easily most of the time.  They are intended to stay put under abusive use.

I supported mine with a crescent wrench, and used the ram on the press to press the barrel down and out of it, and used a 10mm socket to press it out once the barrel was even with the sight.

Im currently installing a new FSB and had to cut the old one off with a Dremel cut off wheel. I tried to hammer the old one off at first, but eventually resorted to the cut off wheel which has worked before. The next trick will be installing the new base and cross drilling the pin holes.
