I am wanting to build a krinkov ak, i have built a regular romanian kit, and i was just wondering if there is any differance between the two? Is the krinkov going to be a harder build, or is it similar? If different, what would change?

Are Kvars krinkov kits of good quality? are there better kits out there?

Also all of the kits say they are for stamped recievers, will these still work on a milled reciever? Will the handgaurds fit on a milled reciever or will they need to be modified? If so how would they need to be changed?

Thanks
Pat

If you're talking about a Yugo 'krink'- it's not that different.

If you're talking about a Bulgarian 5.45 kit, it's the same but a lot more picky.  The front latch folding mechanism is a beotch, among other things.  My advise is if you are building this kit you should definitely go with a Nodak receiver.

Stamped kits will not fit on a milled receiver.

I cannot understand why anyone would build a kit with a milled receiver other than they are falsely perceiving the durability to be greater.

Why would you suggest nodak recievers? Are they all drilled and bent and ready for install? I didnt not want to have to mess with jigs and hole drilling on these builds to be honest with you. If everthing is complete on a stamped reciever i would be more than happy to use it.

I see that i can no longer see on Kvar where it said that kits were for stamped recievers, maybe it was a figment of my imagination, not sure.

The kits im planning to build are bulgarian krinks, how are they pickier and what is hard about the latch? Just getting everything lined up?

Thanks
