im working on a yugo underfolder. can a bolt cutter be modified enough to reach the two short rivets in the bottom of the rear trunion or is there another way!?

I know that you can make a slight modification to 24" bolt cutters so that they'll reach the lower two rivets on a rear UF trunion. The red arrow shows the mod that needs to be made...

Exactly what i needed! thank you! i should be able to finish my first build tommorow if i can get the barrel back in with the oven and freezer method.
