Other than the Romy, what other fixed stock parts kits that take a standard (non-bulged) receiver are available at a decent price?

You could always buy a Polish underfolder kit, sell the folding stock to someone (shouldn't be hard) and buy a fixed Polish laminated stock from someplace like Winslow Armory.
Also, there may be some Hungarian SA-85 kits still out there.
