[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Pressing barrel assemblies

When pressing missmatched RSB GB and FSB on a barrel is it neccessary to machine the inner diameter of the blocks to the exact diameter of the barrel where is belongs? If so, what are the best ways to do that (reaming, grinding, etc)?
