After the kit is disassembled, in what order do you put things back together again?

[#1]
Here's the order I use.  I'd be open to any suggestions to changing my order, I'm not dead set on my ways...  A screw build/weld build would be the same order.

Bend receiver and top rails
Heat treat and Kasenit axis pin holes and ejector
Rivet trigger guard
Trim top rails for TRUNIONS ONLY
Rivet front trunion with proper mag/mag catch clearance
Temp install rear trunion and center support
Trim top rails for CARRIER
Press in barrel
Check headspace
Install barrel pin
Rivet rear trunion
Weld lower rails - if MIG welding, drill holes WITHOUT rails in place, smooth interior flush
Rivet center support
Paint/Park/Blue

ETA:  Next time I'm drilling my lower rail holes before I use Kasenit (one of the first steps).  That stuff really works, it was a BITCH to drill near the Kasenit'ed areas while the non-treated areas were like butter.

i do them in this order
but im to lazy to use 80% recs they are just to damn much work
even if you where only making min wage its cheaper to goto work and buy 1 already done

#1 open hole for double hook
#2 install trigger guard
#3 use a clip to get location for front trunnion
#4 mark drill and rivet front trunnion
#5 install barrel/pin
#6 use top cover to find location of rear trunnion and mark
#7 drill and install rear trunnion
#8 test fit carrier and mod where needed

hope this helps
PS i know its not a clip and theres no such thang as a rear trunnion
i just enjoy pissing off you overly anal peeps
