I ordered a LN AMD 65 kit from Clearview Investments a few weeks ago. It was in pristine shape. I never closely examined the kit other than to take inventory to insure it was all present.
Last night I took a really close look at all the small parts.
Here is the really strange part: it contained a  new semi auto hammer - no auto sear engagement - and a semiauto secondary sear/disconnector -  no "tail" . It also contained a split sleeve to install the trigger ( a new single hook) with the spacer for the disconnector. The trigger and disconnector are larger thant the axis pin and must have the sleeve to work.
I am not complaining, it is the first time I have received a kit with these type of parts. They are not US marked but are new, well made parts.
Anybody else receive something like this in a kit?

ALL kits I've gotten with exeption of one romanian from IO came that way. Those are not US parts though.

I've received over 12 kits for myself and partner and ALL have had the auto FCG less auto sear or disconnector. Not one has had a semi auto FCG in the kits. This is the first one with a NEW FCG that is semi auto.

D, that new semiauto FCG is now in one of my AK pistols!
My son wants to take one of the two AMD pistols I built and have it nickeled like yours! He says he wants to do it for "Father's Day" but I don't believe him!  I think it wants it for himself!

hah hah hah! My dad wants to have one GOLD plated...

YEa, those semi's with the oversized holes ROCK! For some reason, event he FA TGs coem with the sleaves, even though you can't use them.

I've pondered drilling out the TG holes, but I'm skeered.

I just picked up an AMD63 kit.  Same thing.  Semi auto parts but no US markings.  The trigger and sear need a sleve but it wasn't included.  Strange.  All the other kits I got (7 or so) have all had the FCG from the country of origin.

One of my 65 came the same way, the other was missing the sleeve.  I used the good one in my pistol, it functions real well, had to do a little fitting with the selector lever, but is nice and crisp trigger.  I wish that some of my US trigger groups worked as well.
