| I believe the one he had earlier was $30 but the manufacturer of the bolt cutters changed their design so rather than being duped Chris took the initiative to design a custom set of jaws perfect for the task at hand and went the extra mile and had them heat treated. He installs the new redesigned jaws onto the bolt cutters and you get the whole nine yards for $40. In my opinion its a better set-up than just the modified bolt cutter themselves. I'm thinking of ordering an extra set of jaws just to have around as a back-up. Besides, Chris is a great guy to deal with. It's only another $10 and I've spent more and gotten less. |
