does any body know what is the best way to ben a receiver flat without buying all the extra stuff like bending jig.................any thing would help

Buy a receiver already bent or buy a bending jig and then sell it.

If you weld, the laser cut flat is a good option to avoid a shop press and bending jig.

I have some laser cut flats 4 sale. $36.25 + shipping gets you a flat, lower rails, and center support tube w/screws. also all the walkthrough you need to complete the build. Shipping is $5 to anywhere in the lower 48.
