How are the rear rivets heads formed on an original AMD 65?  I see some pictures of builds that the rivet heads are rounded on the right and flat on the left yet others that are rounded on both sides.  I realize both ways work but that little voice keeps saying to do the way the factory does it.

Please help!

The factory installs their  rivets from right to left. The straight part gets squished flat. It can be squished round with a hammer but is hard to do. Most round heads on the left of other AKs are short rivets starting from the left.
