This is the first time I have done business with them but so far they have outdone themselves.  I originally emailed for a shipping quote (since I live in Alaska and it isn't on their chart) for a parts kit and the quote was roughly $28.  I ordered a kit and threw on a couple things and added a buck or two to be realistic on shipping.  Order was placed on 11/15, today I called to find out how much the shipping would be for everything and when they might be able to ship it out to me.  I was told that it shipped yesterday and the shipping had come to $20.  I was shocked other places to ship to Alaska take longer and gouge you with shipping charges ($22 for a 5 dollar item that weighs nothing).  Centerfire will definately be getting more business from me I figure the only way I wouldn't be happy is if the barrel is bent at a 90 degree angle or completely rusted through.  And even then I would still be happy about the shipping.

Now to figure out where I am going to get my 80% receiver from.

I ordered a parts kit from them before for an AK buld - it was in excellent condition.  I ended up not keeping it though, some of the parts I needed for the build were near impossible to locate, so I sent the kit back after calling them to get an RMA number.  After the return was completed, no problems with the credit back to my account, great people to deal with and I was only out about $12 for shipping both ways.  If I have an oppurtunity, I will do business with them in the future.

Centerfire has been great in my experience also. Unlike so many gun related companies, they actually have what they advertise. You don't have to order something and then wait months and months for it to come. I just have to remember to add the 2% to all their prices since I never use cash/check to pay. :)

And if you have to send something back, they are cool about it.

Got mine from Centerfire also. Brand new parts. Only called Centerfire when I found out Tapco was out of AMD's. Try Ohio Ordinance for the receiver. Just got mine, and it trial fitted perfectly.

I am going to build it from a prebent 80% receiver.  I wound up going with Marsh Hawk (I know I know the prices are high) his kits include pretty much everything I need a host of templates, screws etc and a booklet to go along with it.  I also asked him to heat treat the ejector for me since he does that for no extra charge(one less thing to worry about).  I also bought his G2 FCG since everywhere else seemed to be out of them.  So far he has been excelent as far as customer service goes and always is quick to return emails.  Tapco got my business for the extended brake and some misc AK stuff I got my brother for Christmas.  So far everything is ordered and I am just waiting for the parts to arrive hopefully it won't take long but 2nd day air to Alaska isn't guaranteed and sometimes things would be faster if they barged them up it seems.
