I have finnaly gotten some time to work on the RSA adjustable FCG that came with my SEAK. The trigger stops resetting after the first few shots and the solution i guess is going to involve me adjusting the disconnector set screw. Here is the problem its stuck tight. I think blue loctite was used to stop it from moving during normal operation of the gun. I have used loctite in the past but never on something this small. Before i would just apply enough pressure to break the loctite. I tried this approach and it worked on all the set screws with the exception of the one i need. I would prefer to not have to remove the entire FCG to soak it in some sort of solvent. I tried hitting it with carb and choke cleaner because it says in the instructions it dissolves glues but it didnt work for crap. I tried a google search and didnt really come up with anything that will help so all suggestions are welcome! |
