I have never seen this mentioned here but heads up........ I was finishing up my polish underfolder build the other day. Prior to fitting the complicated stock assembly I was looking at the rifle and wondering about the overall length with the stock folded. Since the stock was going to be "fixed" open until september, I measured it before installing. Using the sight line between the front and rear sight as the horizontal line and then extending vertical lines front and rear at 90 degrees, I measured almost EXACTLY 26 inches end to end with the welded slant comp. If I didn't install the slant or used a muzzle nut, the gun would come in under 26". I had no idea underfolders were this close. I know a lot of people are planning to install underfolding stocks after the sunset and should be careful. I would be curious if all preban underfolder models (chinese, yugo etc) are this close. I can't imagine the polish kits being unique but you never know. |
Wow, that's interesting if true. Can anyone else confirm this? I have my doubts though since the weapon is fully functional with the stock folded. If the weapon is not functional when folded (such as the Kel-tec) this would be true I would think. |
