A while ago I home built a yugo m70. Not knowing much I made it a fixed rear using a romanian trunnion and buttstock that came with my parts kit. So I have sort of a hybrid.  I guess mine used the slabside trunnion for the front so a regular flat worked not those bulged out types. Im wanting to get a nodak spud receiver Model NDS-1P with plate to make a underfolder since I dont have any of the tools needed anymore. So will a Bulgarian AK47 Under Folding Stock with Hard Ware kit from apex be compatable with the nodak receiver. I dont know much about other models. I also did a screw build so it will be easy to convert, just wanting to make sure it can work, and if I need any other parts for the underfolder conversion

That stock is from a milled receiver. It does not come with a stock block.
First, you'd need a stock block for a stamped receiver rifle that would work with that stock (IDK if such a thing exists). You could then determine if the rivet pattern if the same or not.
If the rivet pattern is different, and NDS does not sell a receiver for Bulgarian UFs, you could modify the receiver which they sell without rivet holes.

so the part from apex wont work with the nodak receiver I want, so I need to look for Polish or Hungarian underfolder parts then, I guess stamped ones?

So will this work
https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.php/cPath/21_86/products_id/946

says stamped

Guess then I also need this https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.php/cPath/21_86/products_id/1233

So now im looking at over $200 for all this with new receiver and all fees. Way to expensive, but im going to look around more. Still may do it, just shocked at the prices now.

That stock and stock block appear to be compatible. Both have the internal (left) and external (right) locking lugs.

Ok I thought so since they were under the same category. I went ahead and ordered everything, and the trunnion too. Im assuming all the parts are there, looks like it in the pic. I also sent in the payment for a receiver too. So maybe in a couple weeks it will be all assembled.

does it look like anything is missing, so I could just slap it all together with no problems

The second setup you ordered looks more correct for the Yugo, the only thing off is the lack of the recoil spring locking mechanism but I doubt you'll miss it.

FWIW the Bulgarian milled stock would have worked on your hybrid if you would have ordered the Romy underfolder trunnion from APEX to go with it. The Rommies and Bulgies share the single side locking mechinsim while the Yugos are double latching, also the Bulgie/Rommies  have the Russian style droop while the Yugos are straight inline with the receiver.

The OP ordered the correct rear block and UF stock assembly to fit with the NDS-1P (AKMS pattern) UF receiver. The Polish UF rear block is AKMS pattern.
The Yugo UF rear block has a different shape and hole pattern than does the AKMS UF rear block.
The Romanian UF rear block has a different shape and hole pattern from both the AKMS and the Yugo UF rear blocks. The classic style Bulgarian underfolder stock with one locking yoke does work with the Romanian pattern UF rear block.
If one compares the APEX pics of the Polish (AKMS) pattern UF rear block and of the U.S. made Romanian pattern UF rear block, one can see the differences in hole pattern and general shape.

Hey harlan, I e mailed you a couple times today about the receiver I ordered from you, thanks for chiming in. Appreciate the quick responses from my e mails.

When I built my rifle since I used a bulgarian rear trunnion I never had the locking pin, here is a pic of it right now, you can see how the receiver im using hopefully will work with the new one I ordered, just have to drill the front trunnion holes and the rear trunnion should connect right in.
I was trying to find a yugo rear stock wood set but had no luck, had a source for the trunnion. So I decided to go to an underfolder since the marks under the handguard showed it was built that way originally

Got the underfolder parts in today, and assembled it on the trunnion only, since I dont have the receiver yet. Just wanted to make sure it works. Didnt use any of the pins, one fits loose, the other 2 wont press in, they look to be brand new so I will use them at the last moment. Some reason the plunger button to activate the folder is plastic, not sure if they come that way, and it was drilled to small to fit over the locking lug, so I had to dremmel for a while. Obviously it wasnt from one kit. But I got it all working fine. Cant wait to really install it. Everything looks good, but im no expert.

Is it normal for the pins to be very tight, they dont even look to fit, only one fits fine. Should I drill out the hole or dremmel for the pin, or try to sand down the pin a little. I just dont know if you punch them in, or press but I dont have a press to do this. If I drill the hole slightly, should I put loctite in the hole?

I just dont want to take a hammer and bend something right at the final steps.

After more testing 2 of the 3 pins drop in, and the 3rd pin is that outside spin on nut so that wont be hard to fix or ream bigger

That pin requires an interference fit or staking.
Without the interference fit or staking, the pin might drop out when opening or closing the stock.

Got it done finally, had to install a buffer so my bolt would jump out when charging it. Also somehow got a plastic button with the underfolder kit from apex, they said they had never saw a plastic button so im getting a metal one. Have no idea how I got one but I knew it wasnt right as the pin holes are already turning oval from the stress. Other then that it went together fast but havent shot it yet, I did shoot it before when it was a solid stock.
