Why not do it yerself? All you need is a cheepo spotwelder and a MAPP torch (or better).

If it bent you are going to have to walk up...not ship...or you will need to go though an FFL. Once it's bent it's a receiver...you'll need to post a location to get a better shot at gettign someone to help you...

I bought a spot welder and for me it took some practice but I can do them fine now, so get one and try it, you can always sell it once you are finished with it for most of what you paid.

For heat treating I did the MAPP hand held, I just heated the four holes and ejector one at a time until there were orange, quenched them and then one at a time heated them to a gray color and air cooled.

So far they are working fine, i got those insturctions off of one of the build threads.

I now go with only 100% receivers because I don't want everything to be on my bent flats in the event I later want to get rid of some of them.

Also my first bent flat had to be demilled because I could never get it to run smoothly, it did work but not correctly, my son-in-laws works like a swiss watch and we did them together on the same jig, go figure.
