Does anyone make clones of the AS Val or something similar?  It would be a really interesting gun to shoot and own.

No they don't but I would love to own one.

Does anyone have a link to blueprints or CAD files for this weapon?  Any idea as to parts commonality with other commercially available Kalashnikov type rifles?  I'm guessing there are few if any common parts, but I don't know.

AS-VAL parts are far different from the AK series parts.

AK and Vals are totally different, they are more like the VSS Vintorez Sniper rifle if that helps..  Anyone with blueprints on them I too would appreciate them.
