ok so im planning on getting my first AK soon before the next election. im just wondering is it cheaper to build one and if so how hard is it ive read the steps and so on. just wondering on your guy's opinion and stuff. and how expensive is the tools needed to do the job properly??

If you are just going to build 1 then it is going to be much cheaper to just buy a complete rifle. If you dont have any of the tools you are looking at at least several hundred dollars worth of stuff to get it done right.

i see i'll probably just buy my first one then and probably buy some parts kits so later on i can build one :) thanks for the advice

A benefit from buying a complete rifle first, is that you will be able to familarize yourself with the workings of the AK platform.
