I have had good luck with them and they ship fast. the kits i got from them were good and buildable, they are not mint but what do you expect from surplus kits.

FYI.....APEX has M70 and M64 milled underfolder kits for $200..........they must have just added them to the website.

Apex has good and so -so kits, ask to get one that passes the bullet test, mine was fine put my partners was a sewer pipe, I asked for a bullet tested barrel!!  Ours were Milled Yugo with
out stocks. The Guns were semi auto as advertised & having built a Bulg. befor I thought it would be a snap, wrong,%**%== the sear came off something else than a Yugo. I called today and asked about our sears & were waiting on a phone call. Any one know where I can get a look of a Yugo FCG. ?

Brasscatcher I saw those milled kits and was curious as to the condition. I want 1
AJ It should not matter about the sear if you are installing a new trigger group as part of your compliance parts. Was your kit a M70 or M64?

apex is out of their late 70's and 80's romy kits... They have 1967 and 1965 m63 non matching kits in stock for 200 per unit + shipping. I just ordered one of both and will post pics with a review in this thread as soon as they come in.

Kits showed up today, im out of state for work but will be back tonight and post some pics for you guys.

I will be posting a review in this thread ASAP.

Beerman  it was a 70 non bulged, The exterior was fine with no rust just wear - a little cold blue & a refinished stock and it will be a new looking gun. I was planing on a few US parts that I have but ran out of $$$. I just wanted to see how well it would shoot befor going all out. Most of the parts were matching.

I have purchased from APEX a few times, and all but one were without issue.

I ordered four of the milled stockless kits.  Each one had an incorrect disconnector thrown in with the bolt carrier and other large parts, not placed in the baggie that everything else was in.  I wasnt too concerned, as I usually use US trigger parts.

All passed the bullet test, but not all had cleaning rods or night sites

are these milled receiver kits harder to build than the stamped ones?

the m64's can be a bit more of a pain if you're not rewelding, as the barrels are threaded which makes for a much more involved headspacing process.

the m70's are probably a bit easier if you're using a new receiver, as there's no trunnions to rivet in--just the trigger guard.

I've had nothing but good luck with Apex. I built a couple kits a few weeks back from Jeff and they were awsome non-G kits, passed bullet test, light finish wear but excellant mechanical condition.
