Can I use a yugo underfolder kit on a romanian "g" kit. I saw a pic of one and wondered if this was a real issued weapon.

Yes.
Now you will have to be more specific about what you mean when you say kit. Are you talking about 2 different kits and combining them to make one gun or a Romy kit and a Yugo rear trunion and underfolding stock or what?

You need to get a Polish Underfolder receiver because the romy has a flat trunnion and the Yugo is bulged.
