Whats the average price to build your own?

and whats the cheapest you could do one for?

I can only imagine how high you could go!

prebuilt receiver = $60-$100 + shipping and paperwork

flats or bent blanks are considerably less but require some skill

romanian kits are around $250 any more

tools like rivet jigs, hydraulic presses, files, drill presses will get you if you don't have access to a shop.

do it because you like building something with your own 2 (+/-) hands, not to save $. enjoy!
