| I was wondering what the width tollerances were for ak47 receiver flats. The reason why I ask is because the bar stock I got for jig I am making is 1.255" wide in the middle but the edge of the bar stock measures 1.245". Basically the edges are kinda rounded. Is this exceptable stuff or should I be looking at other stuff? The bar stock I am using is .5" thick. Would I be better off going to something like .25" thick barstock? I opted to go thicker because I was worried about bowing. |
