for 100% NDS-3 Receivers are hard to beat. I paid $75 OTD for mine. Even if I had the tools to build a flat up, I'd probably still go with the NDS-3 receivers just because they're cheap.

Built my Romy G on a Global/Armory 100%. (type 2 -1.0mm) Fit was exact but you do have to drill the trunnion holes. (easy on a drill press) I am very pleased with their quality. They are known a Elk River Tool and Die now, same staff though. http://www.elkrivertoolanddie.com/ They will also install YOUR trunnions for you if you like. I might have considered that if I had known they did it before I did my own. That still leaves you with the harder press work anyway though.

I bought my reciever yesterday at Bill Goodman's Gunshow. I got a NDS-3. I put it together yesterday. Everything went great. I will use the NDS-3 for future builds.

Edit: Note to self bend your own flats for all future builds. After the fact.
