| About a month or two ago there was a product sold by AR15.COM called an AR15 bolt disassembly tool. I can't find anything on the website about it. Can anyone direct me to that product? |

The ejector can be a RPITA. Quoted:

What tool is needed to disassemble a bolt? Serious ? Maybe for some but I found that using a dummy round work perfectly and don't need a special rig to make it work... I can see making your life easier and not a bad price tag either but it's not necessary at all ...It probably be made for cheaper and pretty quick as long as you have the skills to pay the bills |

The bolt dissemble tools are all the same. I got mine from Fulton Armory: http://www.fulton-armory.com/boltassemblydisassemblytoolar.aspx You'll need a punch no matter what company you buy it from.
If you wait for Black Friday, it's a sure bet they'll have a 10% off everything sale. They usually do it for every holiday and you just missed vet day. |

What tool is needed to disassemble a bolt? Serious ? I use my paper towel holder. It's got holes drilled in it that support the lugs and provide relief for the pin. Janko as hell but it works great! I suggest improvising unless you are a manufacturer or gunsmith. |

I can't find the tool on the ARFCOM store right now, but you can get it at Brownells. The ARFCOM Ejector Tool is a CNC machined block that makes it easy to remove the ejector. You place a case in the bolt, place the bolt and case in the block, and the block keeps the case pressing in on the ejector while you punch out the pin. It's inexpensive, effective, and it supports ARFCOM. |

The one at Fulton's looks like Young Manufacturing's. Looks cheaper at the moment at Fulton's, but Young's had them on sale a while back. |
