I still have about + or- 18 weeks to go until my White Oak Upper will ship, but I wondered what info AR15.com users could offer on break in & cleaning procedures for this quality product. I am looking to make the most of my investment. This will be a CMP/DCM upper. Thanks for your input.

I'll be curious to know your experiences with it. I haven't been wildly impressed with my woa barrel. Its decently accurate but not impressively accurate like I expected.

I followed the manufacturer's advice for my WOA SDM barrel...

You know they said mine would take 18 weeks.  It showed up at my door on the 6th week lol.  what i did to break mine in was.  I shot the gun 1 round and cleaned the barrel from the chamber forward never back for 5 rounds.  then i shot 5 rounds in a row cleaned the barrel from chamber forward.  shot 10 rounds in a row cleaned, then shot 20 rounds in a row then cleaned and that was my break in. that way it only takes you like 2 boxes of rounds.  Some people say you don't gotta break in your barrel but you know what i bought it and im going to try everything to help my investment.  I posted pictures of my 26'' WOA Varminter upper and man is this thing a tack driver it pretty much takes no effort to shoot small clay pigeons at 200 yards... Great upper if you buy from them
