Buy some blanks
Seriously. remove the stock, take off the buffer tube, remove the upper, get at it with a set of needle nose plyers and pull it back out.

If it is just the patch.
It may work or may not.

if it went in, it'll come out. spray some more lube in and let it sit for a minute or two then put a little 'grunt' on it.

After you get it out, immediately throw away your Otis cleaning kit.

Otis is good for in the field but a good rod is far superior for on the bench cleaning.

Dont keep pulling it, it will get even more stuck. Go buy a cleaning rod if you don't have one and push it out the way it came in. Don't do anything else (ie: attempt to burn it, fire blank, or any other dumb shit).

I broke the threaded tip off of an old Hoppes rod before I invested in the Dewey that I use now.
But that broken rod worked great for hammering the stuck patch out.

I have a bin full of things in my shop I have found lodged in customers gun barrels. By far jags and patches are the most common.

In all seriousness what would firing a blank do?

Get it out the same way you would a stuck case, cleaning rod down the barrel, use a mallet to tap it out if pushing does not work!

How about stabbing it with sharp metal objects?

I have no problem with the otis system....but dont use their patches....I use a .223 cotton patch works fine.....the otis patch was a bit*h to pull through
