FYI: GoIn Ox is giving away free samples. They just charge you for the shipping.

It says its food grade kosher. Maybe I could use Pam cooking spray instead? Yeah it doesnt seem like something i'd be interested in. Also costs almost $4 for a free sample? Probably 1oz bottle like most samples are, and in that case I can just buy more of what I use now. |

I'm going to give it a shot, it can't be all bad. |

So, after shooting this weekend, I decided to just use the MX-3 to clean my rifles… and mostly what I shot was black powder and Mausers with old corrosive milsurp ammo. It worked really, really well… maybe better than Breakfree CLP for cleaning on the Mausers, I was able to get to that light grey that’ll never go away after about 8 patches.. I’m three days out and not a spot of rust on either the BP rifle or the C&Rs.
Now I need to see if I can find a local supplier. |
