Has anyone have any knowledge if you can or should'nt use it. Specifically Brownell's Action lube plus. Its more paste type than a liquid.

Graphite is not a good thing for AR's, it  likes to eat aluminum.  Most everyone will advise you not to use it. That is my advice too. Use CLP or Slip 2000, thats all you need.
