I picked up a can of Winchester branded Breakfree CLP at the local Wal-Mart. It comes in a black can and has the BreakFree logo on it as well as winchester. I've never used a clp type product before, is this stuff gtg?

So it;s just re-labeled for Walmart?  I was under the impression that Winchester bought out Breakfree.

CLP is convenient as it performs 3 tasks (clean, lubricate, protect), which is why it was adopted by the military.  However, it doesn't necessarily do any of them very well (except protect, it actually does that quite well).  I've found that it suffices a general cleaner, but for bore cleaning you are going to want something stronger, such as Hoppes #9, and as a lubricant it's OK, but it tends to evaporate rather quickly and there are much better lubes out there, I prefer Slip 2000 EWL.
