I have a Dewy rod and am wondering if i should get a bore guide or bore snake, or just roll with dewy and not worry about it.  Also anyone know where i can but some slip 2000 ewl at a storefront, without having to order it?  Thanks.

I uses a Dewey rod and Dewey bore guide for detailed cleaning. If I only shoot a few rounds I use my boresnake. Both are good to have and the Dewey bore guide is relatively inexpensive. I buy all of my Slip 2000 and Slip 725 cleaner/degreaser off of the Slip2000 website. Shipping is not much more than sales tax and they take care of you. Had a bottle of 725 leak out in the bag and they shipped me another one the next day no questions asked. I havent found any stores in my area that carry it or are willing to carry it.

Boresnakes are ok to use, but I still use the rod.
Get a boreguide for the extra protection. The only one that I have tried is the Lucas and comes highly recommended.

I can't find Slip2000 where I live, so I get it from their website. (no one else will ship to me)
If you must buy from a storefront, I believe that there are retailers listed on their site for your area. (mine were all sold out)
