I currently keep the external (and internal) of my guns lubed up 24/7 in the safe, for rust, wear and other protection.  If I had my rifles KG Gun Kote-ed, would that provide the type of protection that I would not have to worry about lubing up the exterior of the rifles 24/7 for protection?
It would be nice to just pop the rifles in and out of the safe without having to keep lubing em up.

I KG'd my 1911s because I got sick of the constant surface rust forming on them from my sweat. Rust is now a former problem.
