to replace gas block, should I put some medium loctite on it when I reinstall it? Thanx

Loctite is not necessary.

Reinstall the FH with the appropriate lock washer.

is re-using the crush washer ok?

The crush washer is designed for one time use. You can attempt to reuse it. I recommend replacing it.

That's a good practice. I do the same.

i would like to change the flash break on my stag rifle..
do i just out the rifle in a vice and use a wrench to rip that thing off?
i have never removed one, and had heard from a friend that some are permanently attached.
btw.. sorry for hijack, i felt insecure about placing a headline for this novice question :)

The FH simply unscrews.

How you secure it in the vice is up to you. I use a piece of rubber wrapped around the barrel, then secured in the pipe portion of my bench vice’s jaws.
