I've been trying to find a complete BCG to buy to have as a spare ( no luck yet ) and have been wondering how many of you have actually had a bolt body break or become unserviceable? I'm wondering if It might be better to just buy the parts to rebuild the BCG rather than a complete BCG. I shoot about 100 rounds when I can get to the range, would like to shoot more but like everybody else I have other commitments.  MC

I'd just get a complete bolt and carrier key along with the screws.  Only time I've seen pics of carriers was usally dueto piss poor reloads.

+1

Short of a KB, I doubt you'll cause damage to the bolt carrier.
