I wet to switch my factory rear sight on my M15 for a NM. I did the switch but now the windage knob doesn't click when I turn it. It just turns with no "click"... Did I miss some sort of spring that might have flew out? I was as carefull as posible. I hope not.

In the windage knob you will find a spring as well as a SMALL ball-bearing that rides on top of it and interacts with the dimples on the carry-handle under the knob. Me thinks you lost one or both of these.

Anyone where I can buy just the spring? Or do I need to replace the whole sight?

My guess is you lost the ball.
Try Amherst Depot.

The ball is still in there just the spring must have shot out.

Do yourself a favor and order two of those springs. You might just thank me later!
