I have been doing alot of reading and hear that AR's need to be run wet.  I know this is lubing them up well. But, as new to the AR scene, where to spray and how much, is running a new AR wet? Pics, if possible would be nice. Thanks.

I have deliberately pouring a 1/4 of a bottle of CLP (about an oz) into the ejection port.  It just sprays excess out of the ejection port and keeps going.

You can't over lube the AR-15, but you can damn sure under lube it.

Perhaps you will get better response in the Cleaning and Maintenance section.

I'll move it for you.
