Anyone use this for barrel coating for the inside ? or know anything about it www.sprinco.com/plateplus.html#DESCRIPTION

Sorry Dude, never heard of it. But hey, there was a time where i had never heard of Microsoft either, so it might be the stuff. Let us know if you try it out.

By the joining of our classified MOS2 technology and subsurface lubricant, we accomplish the optimum in both surface and subsurface lubrication between all metal moving parts.

There is no such thing as subsurface lubrication.  All lubrication takes place on the surface.

Our modified MOS2 has the unique ability to Not bond again to itself there by preventing build-up or caking found with some solid compounds such as PTFE (Trademarked by Dupont as Teflon) and graphite. Our modified MOS2 provides solid surface lubrication by natural polarity and bonding to the metal surface. The result is a "wearing away" of MOS2 and Not the metal itself.

I don't know what they did to "modify" their MOS2 (it wouldn't be MOS2 anymore then, eh?), but all MOS2 works in this way, and Teflon won't build up.

As our MOS2 performs, our subsurface lubricant actually penetrates into the metal surface and takes with it the lighter molecules of the base oil with which it is joined. Under the heat of operation, the process is reversed with our penetrating lubricant coming back out of the metal thereby providing the most advanced and effective fluid lubrication known to science.

This is TOTAL BS.  ALL oil molecules are WAY smaller than the surface asperities on the metal.  Especially on the relatively rough surfaces of gun metal.

Faithful and proper use will give you an almost unlimited barrel life.

Oh, yah...it will probably stain anything black that it gets onto as well.

Oh, this ought to be HIGHLY entertaining.

I am doing an OST and subscribing to this one.

Allright I e-mailed these guys the wont get into a mud slinging contest on here was their reply But  I did soak my RRA 2 stage trigger group in this and it does feel mighty fine ,It does feel much lighter, sorry no way to test pull weight .  So as long as this wont hurt my SS barrel I might try to soak it and see if it helps with the cleaning of it

Not a surprise to me that they won't comment when their assertions won't hold water.

What color is the fluid?

subsurface lubrication: tech term for saying the oil is still in the ground.
