| I use EWL and about the only thing I don't care for is the odor (like a stream). A kind of watery like odor. I use it on my DPMS and it really smoothed things up nicely. I like the regular Slip2000 Lubricant smell much better. Keeps things really clean, smooth and lasts. Good stuff. CARRIERKEY |
I'm really waiting for the rust test, as I really like the EWL. After treatment, carbon just wiped off everything, even the inside of the bolt carrier. As for the odor, I could barely detect any at all, but that seemed to be a very faint musty odor. As i said in my review, I am new to the whole AR-15 platform, so I'm really looking forward to a review by someone with more experience with different lubes. Hawk |
