My question is how to remove the retaining pin from bolt ejector pin and spring.
Is it a compressed pin? or do I push the ejector pin down "so much" to remove that pin. Because the Ejector Pin has a "step" cut out..,Right?
Any assistance would be helpful.

It takes a punch and hammer to remove the roll pin that secures the ejector. Be aware, some are an absolute bitch to remove, they are so tight.

There is a fancy tool for this, but just place it all inside a ziplock baggie and then place the bolt in a *padded* bench vise. This way when the ejector and spring go flying out of the bolt they stay inside the baggie.

Is the roll pin reuseable?
But a great tip using the baggie!
