[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Removing the Flash Hider

Got a new 16' M4 Upper from Stag... For the life of me I can't seem to get the flash hider off. It's not one of the pin and weld jobs it's a full 16 barrel. Tried a wrench and a vise but have yet to really torque down on it since I'd hate to screw somthing up.

Not for maint... gotta install a new QD adaptor for a suppressor

NVM.... Just got it... This has without a doubt been the hardest one I've ever taken off

Might have Loc-Tite on it. Heat it to 300 degrees or so with a Propane Torch.
