I didn't really make a nice cone with my cleaning patch. It was too big, so it got stuck, where the chamber goes into the barrel. I can't get it out anmore. I tried diffrent pliers but can't get deep enough into the chamber to get it.

Run a cleaning rod down the barrel from the end. It'll push it right out. Don't worry about hurting the crown....you won't.

I can't get a cleaning rod in there because the wire(otis cleaning kit) is blocking the barrel.

If it is an Otis then you have a CABLE not a WIRE. The cable will unscrew from the holder.
