What is the best way to get rid of the white "film" left after using Gun Scrubber?
Silicone rags work great on Glocks, just not sure about ARs.

Or....use brake cleaner instead of Gun Scrubber. It's cheaper and works just as well.

My friend used some of that stuff on one of his guns.  I can't remember what he used it on but it blasted some of the finish right off.

I've never seen finish come off, but I have had some cheap, plastic grips melt by using it.

Wally World had some stuff in a green and black can. Non non-chlorinated. The name was Primus or something like that. I wasnt the CRC stuff. Anyone use this brand and weather it works?

I go through lots of Primus.  Is it really that bad if you don't wear gloves when it is non-chlorinated?  I know the chlorinated stuff is cancer in a can.  I rarely use gloves with primus non-chlorinated.  I'm I going to get some funky skin disease?
