[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Lube question

On page 30 of the Operator's Manual it says to "Generously lube slide and cam pin area of bolt carrier."

I know what the cam pin is & where it goes but I have no idea where the "slide area" of the carrier is. Can anyone help me out?

Did a search but no results. Thanks

Thats were the carrier actualy contacts the upper receiver. Look on the sides of your carrier it looks like rails,lube them up.
